Customized massage/stretching techniques for pre- or post-surgery, and athletes. Encourages recovery and/or preparation for competition. Helps those looking to maintain ultimate wellness and improve range of motion. - Hot Stone Massage* – $130
Hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy that incorporates smooth, heated stones, typically made of basalt, a volcanic rock known for its heat retention properties. The heat from the stones penetrates deeply into the muscles, enhancing the effects of the massage. - Foot or Head Massage (30 min) – $50
Massage focused to foot or head to help reduce stress and/or migraines.
