Adam Temel, LMT

Adam is the owner and operator of Advanced Therapeutic Massage, LLC, and is a Maryland Licensed Massage Practitioner specializing in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release Techniques.

Adam has been a Maryland native for over 25 years and is a graduate of the Baltimore County Community College, where he excelled in an 832-hour program. In addition to his massage therapy expertise, Adam is an athlete, with roots in soccer dating back to when he was a child growing up in Turkey. For the last 15 years, he has trained in Brazilian jiu jitsu, Muay Thai and mixed martial arts. He is currently a black belt in jiu jitsu. He has over 5 years of experience teaching both children and adult martial arts classes.

Adam combines his athletic experiences with his massage therapy training to provide an advanced level of athletic-based work and providing an essential role in injury prevention and rehabilitation. He also enjoys educating his clients on how to keep their bodies able to perform at their highest level. He enjoys helping clients, old or young, reach achieve health, wellness, and balance through therapeutic massage.

• 60/90 Minute Massage – $75/$110
  Relaxing, customized treatment using a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point techniques.

• Recovery Massage – $130
  Customized massage/stretching techniques for pre- or post-surgery, and athletes   Encourages recovery and/or preparation for competition. Helps those looking to   maintain ultimate wellness and improve range of motion.
• Hot Towel Add-on, Request Upon Scheduling – FREE
  Addition of heat to relieve sore muscles and reduce tension

*Recovery Massage is scheduled for 90-minutes only.
